Rental Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Pathan Travels. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any transport services with us. By booking a vehicle (cab, tempo traveller, van, or bus), you agree to comply with the rules below.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a partial advance payment. This helps us block the vehicle and coordinate driver schedules. The remaining payment must be made to the driver or office before the trip concludes.

2. Exclusions from Standard Rates

Unless explicitly stated in writing, standard rental rates do NOT include:

Toll charges and parking fees.
Interstate border taxes and permits.
Driver daily allowances (applicable for overnight outstation stays).

All such expenses will be paid directly by the client or billed on actual receipt proofs.

3. Mileage and Time Calculations

Mileage and daily calculations will start and terminate at our garage location. Minimum distance limits (usually 300 KMs per calendar day for outstation trips) apply. Extra kilometers will be charged at the vehicle's standard rate.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of the booking deposit. Short-notice cancellations will incur charges up to the full booking advance.
